bunch of Rhubarb Swiss Chard

bunch of beet greens
1 clove garlic, crushed

& pepper to taste

Do’s
& Don’ts
Do
not over cook or over stir. Flipping is a much better way to mix the
vegetables. If you don't like greens, like I didn't, you will change your
mind after this one!

Suggestions:
Will
serve 4-6 servings. It all depends on how much you put on the plate.
