Salsa Fresca basic
Ingredients;
Remove the seeds and the inner vein of the Jalapeņo.
Place all the ingredients into a non metallic
bowl and mix together. If the Salsa is too hot, add more
tomatoes. If you like it hotter, add another Jalapeņo.
Great to eat with chips or as a salsa with
dinner.
Fresh Salsa's are best made the day
before to allow the flavors to mix and compliment each other.

Ingredients;
Same as Salsa Fresca basic and

First you will toast over an open flame the
chili's until the skin begins to peel. Remove the skin, seeds and
inner vein and chop very finely. If all you have is an electric oven you
can stir fry the chili's in a little hot oil.
Place all the ingredients into a non metallic
bowl and mix together. If the Salsa is too hot, add more
tomatoes. If you like it hotter, add another Jalapeņo.
